Stage 2 design report
BG 78/2021, Project Information Process, written by Nick Blake and John Sands, and published by BSRIA in January 2021, states in relation to a stage 2 design report: ‘The Stage 2 design report (also known as the concept design report) is an output of RIBA Stage 2: Concept Design. This work stage involves the preparation of the outline design proposals for the building services systems as part of developing the brief. The concept design solution will form the basis for the future design development. It is important that the concept is clearly communicated. More information on building services reports can be found in BSRIA guide BG 71/2017.’
