Price-valuation difference

RICS Insights, Valuation and sale price, March 2019 Edition suggests that the term ‘price-valuation difference’ refers to: ‘Differences are analysed on both an unweighted and value-weighted basis with the latter assigning greater importance to more valuable assets.’
