End user operating information
The RIBA Passivhaus Overlay, published by the RIBA in 2022, states in relation to end user operating information: “During the process of handing over a new or retrofitted building various user groups should be provided with non-technical and technical training as well as useful guides which explain how the building should be operated. Over time this information may need to be adapted as lessons are learned and new opportunities are recognised. As such End User Operating Information should be considered a live document. The RIBA Plan for Use can be used to inform the development of the End User Operating Information.”
