Inclusive design in essential services. A practical guide for firms and suppliers, written by Bailey Kursar for the Money Advice Trust and Fair By Design and published in 2021, states: ‘According to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), web accessibility encompasses all disabilities that affect access to the Web, including auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech and visual.’
