About Vantage Projects
We create 3D virtual models of your building, along with floor plans and initial drawings to give a true representation of your design idea.

Are you a self-builder planning your dream family home?
Are you a property developer trying to visualise your next renovation project?
Are you a home-owner looking to improve your own property?
No matter what your building project involves, Vantage Projects can help!
[edit] Visualise Your Project…
At Vantage Projects, we provide home design services for anyone planning a new-build, renovation or alteration project by building fully-rendered, 3D visualisation models. With your project modelled, you can test ideas, check the scale and look of your plans and communicate your ideas to other professionals as the project progresses.
Following the creation of the 3D model, you will be able to “walk-through” your own project from the comfort of your own computer, to get a realistic sense of space and style.
Vantage Projects can produce 2D plans and elevation drawings directly from the 3D rendering, to assist with planning permission or for you to take your project to the next stage with architects or contractors.
Our aim is to provide our clients with a true representation of their project ideas before they invest significantly in architects or planning fees.
[edit] About Me…
Hi. Thanks for visiting my page.
I was born and raised in Poole, Dorset, on the sunny (sometimes!) south coast of the UK. After school, I graduated with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Southampton University, before spending the next 10 years working for large civil and structural engineering design consultancies in Hampshire. I gained Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in Spring 2014.
Returning to Poole in the summer of 2014, I became a Director at a local consulting engineers practice where I worked on a variety of residential and commercial building designs for private home-owners, large property developers and luxury house builders.
I now work as an independent consultant for one of the country’s largest utility companies, but my passion is residential architecture and building design. My personal dream is to one day buy a plot of land and build the perfect family home for myself, my wife and our three children.
I have created Vantage Projects with the aim of helping anyone with a building design project in mind to assist them in bringing their ideas to life in a fully-rendered 3D model, to allow them to “walk-through” their building before investing significantly in architect or planning fees and to provide 2D plan and elevation drawings to take their project forward.
Thanks for reading.
