About Rikard Larsson
Pioneering the use of thermal mass in commercial buildings to improve buildings comfort and energy efficiency
Rikard has over 10 years industry experience from the UK and Nordic energy savings sectors. He has worked as a consultant in Business Development, as well as Sales & Marketing for UK, French and Swedish firms. Today Rikard is with Ecopilot, a company pioneering the use of thermal mass in commercial buildings. This is done by adding new technology into the existing building stock. Ecopilot can, by using applied research on thermal mass, reduce the need for heating and cooling of buildings by up to 40% through storing excess energy in the structure of existing and new buildings.
