I am civil engineer with +8 years exp. in roads, dams, green buildings, bridges, and industrial projects as construction and project management and redesign .
I am good as site engineer or coordinator, I have good skill in contract administrative and Q.S engineer with a certified four level Fidic courses, and planner with certified primavera two level courses either with P5 and certified level 1 with P6, I am preparing myself now to try passing the PMP and LEED GA then LEED AP and become certified Fidic trainer from the first time, and I have good design skills in roads and structural and coordination between the Arch , MEP ..etc , and I have good legal background which affect the construction in Jordan with a lot of contractual , technical connections within Jordan and out side Jordan.. in a simple words ( I work like the free role in soccer with multiple usage ).
Experience in Engineering Management, Site supervision of Contractors and sub-contractors for multimillion projects.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate responsibility between the project team to meet time-lines and budgets.
Knowledge of FIDIC, Conditions of Contract and Tender procedures, negotiations, contract agreements and project costs including generating all correspondence, letters and contractual communications.
