Michel Francis is a Property & building Senior Architect, Design Master planner and Project Director with a wealth of experience in a career of over 25 years in various projects of mixed use developments, commercial buildings, luxury houses, residential compounds, industrial and government buildings. Michel was central in acquiring the bulk of projects to his former company through his experience in commercial and technical consultancy bidding.
Michel's strength lies in the combination of his long experience with the in-depth knowledge of architectural design of all types of buildings; space planning; energy efficiency, environmental science, building science and life cycle cost investment. His long experience in the Property market makes him well positioned to provide advice, consultancy, and design solutions. Projects he has completed successfully for prestigious clients such include ADCP, NBAD, FGB, ADNOC, ADAC and others throughout his career continue to receive the success he started Michel is also an acoustic professional providing professional advice and consulting services. Michel is also an acoustic professional providing professional advice and consulting services catering for all typologies and building conditions. His knowledge of acoustic science, acoustic material use, acoustic strategies and acoustic simulation software gave him a deep insight into the causes, effects and mitigation for noise, reverberation, intelligibility, and vibration in offices, residential buildings, hotels, healthcare and more. Michel has successfully completed numerous projects in compliance with acoustic standards and codes and beyond.
With all this accumulated experience, Michel is a vocational professor delivering knowledge to future architects and engineers in prestigious regional universities and conducts professional training in LEED (Green Associate and Accredited Professional), Project Management (PMP and CAPM), and BIM (Autodesk Revit).
