Final design specification and drawings
BG 78/2021, Project Information Process, written by Nick Blake and John Sands, and published by BSRIA in January 2021, it defines the final design specification and drawings as: ‘...a set of documents issued to the tenderers, describing the final engineering designs and what is required. The drawings are graphical representations of the requirements, indicating locations and routes of plant items and distribution services for the various engineering systems. The technical requirements are detailed within the specification, which also includes information not shown on the drawings.’
