NHBC Foundation: Improving recruitment of young people into home building
Published by the University of Derby this 2014 report explores the lack of career attraction construction holds for young people and was in response to Construction 2025. It covers three main areas, what are the barriers that prevent young people considering the industry, how to raise awareness of the opportunities it offers and what are the most effective HR practices to recruit and retain young people.
