The UK’s forgotten youth

Another Sir Ian Dixon Scholar, Anna Koukoullis looked at what construction is doing to engage with NEETs and what are the barriers to these young people accessing opportunities. She concluded by identifying that while unconscious bias has some impact the main issues are inappropriate systems and a disjointed approach.
