Routes into work… it’s alright for some

The AELP/Pearson report from 2016 looks into the issues that can often present for young people in challenging situations in securing and successfully completing vocational education. Among the issues identified is the lack of quality of advice and guidance as well as unrealistic expectations of young people of the career opportunities on offer.
