Indirect Cost from a different perspective

INDIRECT COST from a different perspective.

It is the decision making "cost factor" for any project.

It is the cost which the owners of any organisation has to bear primarily because they can't take the entire risk, responsibilities and liabilities by themselves.

For example, if the owner of a construction company can be all in one: a purchaser, a manager, a supervisor, a recruiter, a coordinator and can get the entire project executed , alone by his presence at a construction site then, Indirect Cost significantly reduces or may even tend to zero.

However this is absolutely unfeasible and thus there are indirect costs involved in any projects in the form of salaries for staff, rent for their accomodation, vehicle used by them, their maintenance, their housekeeping, their welfare and these are just few to name!!
