IHBC welcomes new Historic England Consultation on its curtilage for listed buildings advice note
IHBC members concerned about recent advice in the 'Historic England Advice Note' on Listed Buildings (LBs) and Curtilage will be pleased to know that Historic England (HE) intends to consult on a revised version.

It is now reviewing some of the detail in this note and will be consulting on this revised version. IHBC Chair James Caird and Policy Secretary Roy Lewis welcomed this news.
