Commercial waste

The London Plan, Published by the Mayor of London in March 2016, defines commercial waste as: ‘Waste arising from premises which are used wholly or mainly for trade, business, sport, recreation or entertainment as defined in Schedule 4 of the Controlled Waste Regulations 1992, is defined as commercial waste.’
