Tư vấn thiết kế kiến trúc là công tác tư vấn thiết kế quan trọng nhất của công trình xây dựng. Với nhu cầu phát triển dự án bất động sản cũng như nhà xưởng sản xuất hay các công trình văn hóa, bệnh viện, trường học … ngày càng nhiều thì thiết kế kiến trúc chính là lĩnh vực mà các đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế thể hiện năng lực của mình để tiếp cận chủ đầu tư từ giai đoạn đầu của dự án.
Song Nam được phát triển từ bộ phận tư vấn thiết kế: lập dự án đầu tư, thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế kỹ thuật, thiết kế bản vẽ thi công, lập dự toán, tư vấn thẩm tra. Song Nam rất tự hào là đã thực hiện rất nhiều loại công trình từ cao ốc văn phòng, chung cư, trung tâm thương mại, công viên đến khu du lịch, resort, biệt thự, khách sạn, sân golf và các khu phức hợp trong cả vai trò thiết kế trọn gói hay tư vấn địa phương cho các công ty kiến trúc nước ngoài. Song Nam cũng đã xuất khẩu được chất xám khi cùng với Cashmore (Úc) thiết kế sân golf Trùng Khánh (Trung Quốc), hay thiết kế bản vẽ biệt thự, nhà liên kế ở Mỹ.
