I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and am the Owner of Steve Brown & Associates Ltd in the UK. I provide advice on construction contracts and in particular the NEC3 which I have been using since its first publication in 1993. I also provide training on the practical use of the NEC3 to all construction organisations.
