EngineerMake Buildings Better
It seems to me that all the elements for improving building performance are already in place they just aren't "joined up".
The key lies in education. The internet of things concept has the potential to impact all parts of the building value chain but it's in danger of being seen as a technology solution and therefore not relevant to non-technologists.
Work needs to be done in raising awareness among all the different participants in the building/property ecosystem by designing educational tools which match the needs of the different players.
This site is a start but a knowledge base is not the same as knowledge.
