About David@crossway
Financing for major projects across all major sectors. Min $/£/€100 million.

We are able to provide project finance on terms that cannot be matched in the mainstream project finance market. We take your project and wrap every aspect of it up in interlinked insurance policies, endowing it with the Lloyds-of-London 'A' rating. It is then taken to our capital markets investors (pension/fixed-income funds, mutuals and other professional investment funds) who provide 100% debt funding on terms linked directly to 30-day Libor. These terms cannot be matched by the mainstream project finance market.
We will work with you and your client while you're preparing your bid/tender, to ensure that project financing is fully in place (in principle) at the time of your submission. Funding will be approved subject only to final due diligence.
Our funding process works best in the U.S. but it is now being rolled out successfully worldwide and we are particlarly interested in bringing new deals, min value $/£/€100m, into our pipeline.
