Createmaster are market leaders in the delivery of structured data, asset information and O&M solutions to the UK construction industry.
Createmaster operates within the UK construction industry, providing handover management services across all phases of a construction project. Our mission is to make our clients’ lives easier through a professional total managed service that proactively delivers all documents and information required to satisfy the requirements of PC and subsequent building occupation.
We specialise in identifying, chasing, collating and final presentation of all construction information required to enable building users and operators to run and maintain their buildings effectively and efficiently.
Over the past 20 years we are proud to have delivered well over 1,600 projects for some of the UK’s largest Property Developers and Contractors. Our commitment to making our clients’ lives easier and taking the pain away from O&Ms has helped build a business where over 70 per cent of turnover is made up of repeat customers.
Regardless of size, each project we undertake follows a fixed managed process that ensures reliability, certainty and quality. Our total management solution means we are committed to managing every aspect of data capture on a construction project, leaving our clients to concentrate on what they do best.
