More than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry socializing in a wide range of construction and project management services, including: strategic planning, oversight of all project management, financial analysis, cost estimating, budgeting, cost analysis, change order negotiations, claims analysis, design development, business development and implementation, scheduling systems, resource planning, financial and profit & loss progress reporting.
Demonstrated effective management of multiple projects, with a strong emphasis on airport construction and facilities, water/wastewater, pipelines, reservoirs, pump stations, landfills, industrial facilities, luxury residential and commercial structures where he has successfully achieved key milestones while ensuring that projects complied with cost and technical scope requirements. Instrumental in the planning and execution of innovative strategies designed to achieve objectives for large ($800M), multi-disciplinary infrastructure improvements. Supervised the activities more then seventy-five (85) Engineering personnel, employing a proactive management style that has facilitated operational proficiency and the successful delivery of assigned projects on time and within an established budget.

§ Estimated and analyzed bid and change order values and benchmarked project costs. Prepared and negotiated change orders. Design development, entitlements, budgeting, estimating, contract negotiations, procurement.
§ Reviewed, analyzed and managed critical path method (CPM) schedules and cost reviews, earned value analysis, claims mitigation, risk analysis, contingency planning, and budget forecasting and time impact analysis.
§ Established, supervised and managed project progress and coordination reports, weekly progress reports, performed weekly and monthly delay analysis, and change order impact reviews and change order negotiations.
§ Supervised and Managed Facility Start-Up through Project Close-Out, which involves the coordination of compliance/administrative efforts necessary during the course of construction projects including governmental compliance, permits, utilities, inspections, and efforts with other public agency departments supporting the construction efforts.
