About Building People
Creating connections across the Built Environment to address the industry challenges of skills, diversity & social value.

Building People is creating connections across the Built Environment to address the industry challenges of skills, diversity & social value.
The problem: The UK needs to build, but there is a shortage of competent and experienced workers, and the workforce we have lacks diversity.
The solution: Building People is a free-to-use web platform that brings together multiple layers of information into one place. We are connecting people to work, learning and to support opportunities across the Built Environment (architecture, engineering and construction).
We are enabling individuals to find employers, opportunities and resources; and employers to engage with a more diverse range of talent.
Building People is a collaborative movement for change.
We all need to come together to create a better connected, more diverse and inclusive Built Environment, with access to the talent it needs to solve its current and future challenges.
