Virtual Reality(VR) is an up and coming technology which is ideal for implementation within BIM. The two technologies go hand-in-hand together. VR is the next step forward from BIM, now the user is able to physically feel as if they are in the development. I can see many practical uses for this- Architects, engineers and clients to name a few.
