Richard is an accomplished leader with wide-ranging experience in managing the full lifecycle of project delivery.

Richard is an accomplished leader with wide-ranging experience in managing the full lifecycle of project delivery. For over 20 years he has amassed local and international experience delivering large commercial, residential and educational design, construction and re-development projects.
Richard has also contracted to or been employed by a wide range of organisations from Nakheel Retail in Dubai, Coffey Projects, TSA Management and WT Partnership in Auckland, and QIC and Lendlease Property Management in Queensland. In Government roles he worked for Housing New Zealand and contracted to the Ministry of Education Capital Works team.
Past project involvements includes multisite and multi-level constructions in New Zealand, Australia and in the United Arab Emirates. Richard understands a team environment, client processes and adding value through sharing of ideas, recommendations and mentoring.
In 2014 Richard was invited to be a jury member for the United Nations Human Settlements Programme for their Urban Revitalisation of Mass Housing International competition where he coordinated the Auckland School of Architecture, New Zealand's entry into this competition and lead the panel to judge both the Arab States region and the Asia Pacific region.
