My idea is,
we should introduce or implement technology of 'Smart Detector' in the building.
this related to the all energy production in building like air conditioning, fan, light, and so own. this smart detector work to detect when the power should off or on it activity. it also must smart in detected whether, people, and thermal comfort.
instead of given choice, authorities should make it as rules which everyone(developer/contractor/investment/residential) must obey. But, the first step of implementation and introduction to this new implementation, authorities must contribute 40-60% either in form of money,services or consultation so that it easy for people to accept the changes.
