About M415826
I am a chartered building surveyor working on all kinds of projects in the North East of England.

Having started my career working in small to medium sized architectural practices, I developed a sound
understanding of all construction techniques through the preparation of architectural design packages and contractdocuments for residential housing estates. Taking this experience with me after the completion of my part-timeBuilding Surveying degree, I moved into multi-discipline practices in which I have developed my traditional buildingsurveying core activities by preparing dilapidation schedules, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall awards, buildingsurvey reports, and contract administration through traditional, and design and build procurement. I have also assistedin acting as employer’s agent and CDM coordinator on various projects in the London area. I have consistentlydemonstrated a high level of initiative with an ability to record, document and process information efficiently which isfurther complemented by a strong technical and commercial aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a strongwork ethic.
