Design Consultant

Target market: Retirees and young professionals.
Idea 1: You could have a joint venture with employers who can offer short loans for down-payments to the employees for their houses.
If you show that a number of corporate companies are affiliating with you by stating that their employees will get a short loan for buying a house and can be classed under employee benefits scheme, it will generate a pre-order. If there are interests shown by the employers and employees for this project and your future projects – it could sustain interest with the investors who can be assured that there will be a good turn-around even before the completion of the project.
Idea 2: There is a need for colonies with 2/3/4 bedroom houses/flats that are sustainably built and has a compound with security inside. Also, it would be helpful to offer a small cooperative/ local shop area, private dentist/ doctor’s practice, Indoor movie and space for parties or get-together, Play area, a gym and indoor swimming pool and resident association which offer repairs for the residents of this colony inside this compound. Designing Buildings Wiki and Development Securities PLC could offer a 5 year warranty on these houses for an additional deposit. Those who need repairs out of the warranty period or those who doesn’t want to opt into the scheme have to pay as they modify/repair anything. You could outsource the repair company for a set period. The developer could also offer to help with setting up of the resident association. Pre-order on these developments will help save the customer a significant amount rather than buying after completion. Again, the mark of quality and keeping customer trust by completing on time will help investors to choose to invest in your developments.
