A ten point plan to overcome the UK’s construction and infrastructure skills gap

Laing O’Rourke have produced a ten point plan to address the skills gap across the industry. Building on the recommendations of the Farmer Review these ten points address such areas as improving diversity, regionally focused skills pipelines, a single construction and infrastructure skills body and changes to construction related education.
