Interview with APM Honorary Fellow, Robin Kwong
Robin Kwong is an outstanding figure in the world of project management and his insights and experience are truly valuable for the community. The interview provided a deep and thoughtful look into his career and the key lessons he has learned along the way. I was particularly impressed by his emphasis on the importance of empathy and understanding the needs of stakeholders, as well as his focus on creating a positive and inclusive team culture. As an APM Honorary Fellow, Robin's contributions to the field are truly remarkable, and I have no doubt that his expertise will continue to inspire and guide future project managers for years to come.
