About Wembley Park
Wembley Park is a new hub for London with exceptional shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities.

Wembley Park is one of London’s largest urban renewal schemes.
Wembley Park was first noted as a destination for Londoners in 1894. Today, after ten years of development, Quintain has completed the first chapter of its most significant redevelopment since the 1920s, transforming it into a new destination for London with a unique combination of attractions.
Wembley Park is becoming a great place to live. As part of its first development phase, 525 homes have already been delivered and 475 are currently under construction. Eventually Wembley Park will create a vibrant new London community of 5,000 homes, and its benefits will be felt across the capital.
Core to Quintain’s regeneration philosophy is a deep respect for the heritage of a site which has hosted some of the most memorable events in UK entertainment history. An important example is the refurbishment of The SSE Arena, originally built as the Empire Pools in 1934. The upgrade works have reconnected the iconic venue both with its 1930s design heritage and amazing 80-year event history.
Visitors coming to events at Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena now have more reasons to come early and stay late, enjoying the increasingly diverse offering at Wembley Park with a year-round events programme appealing to a broad range of tastes. This includes a number of events, music festivals and free screenings, as well as weekly food markets, and other community activities through the year.
Wembley Park is becoming a new hub for London. If you have not already had the chance to visit yourself, please get in touch. We would be delighted to show you around.
