Ex-military Community
The Building People Ex-military Community was formed in spring 2020.
The aim of the Community is to bring together ex-military-focused organisations and initiatives to amplify voices, develop a coordinated approach to the skills/diversity/social value challenges, and to create and maximise a pipeline of interest between ex-military audiences and the many career opportunities available across the built environment.
