Infrastructure manager

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 suggests that an infrastructure manager is:

‘Any person who in relation to relevant railway land:

  • (a) is responsible for developing or maintaining the land; or
  • (b) manages or uses the land, or permits the land to be used for the operation of a railway.’
