Community of place

Historic Environment Policy For Scotland, published by Historic Environment Scotland in 2019 states: ‘A community of place, or place-based community, is a group of people connected because of where they live, work, visit or otherwise spend a large amount of time. It can also refer to a group of people connected to a particular geographic location.’
