About Lucy George
In order to keep investors interested in UK property we need to make our properties interesting. At the moment we are building properties that have no character or uniqueness. Therefore, we need architects to come up with characterful new properties. Design features using curved walls, glass and new environmental advances should be used. If our property is more unique then this can make them a talking point and more interesting. This can lead to investors thinking that the property industry has changed from its mass production of similar housing.
