About Jay Levy
Residential Property Developer - Prime Central London

I have been working in the property industry since leaving school in 2007
My career started working for a reputable lettings agency in NW London
After working in 3 of 5 offices at Goldschmidt & Howland I wanted to get into the sales side of agency to further my knowledge and experience within the industry.
I started working at Aston Chase in NW8 and was fortunate enough to work with some of the best agents in the Prime Central London market and responsible for over £30M of residential sales during my time with the company.
Since leaving school I have always aspired to be a property developer, after 6 years of working in agency I am now working with a forward thinking property development company called Joseph Homes.
With a career in property ahead of me i'm always looking to learn more about the industry and have a passion for fine design and creative ways of developing the architecture of London.
Feel free to contact me if you are an agent, principle, financier or simply a student looking for advice.
