Figure 2 shows the SLSC's energy consumption for the year to September 2010. Total energy consumption for the period was 130 kWh/m2 per annum. This compares with the design (modelled) prediction of 77.4 kWh/m2 per annum, and the hybrid ECON 19 benchmark of 106 kWh/m2 per annum.
