BIM outline plan of work
Hi,
I think this is a good overview of the process outlined in PAS1192-2 following the Information Delivery Cycle and provide a good starting point from which readers can drill down into a particular section, I would therefore propose changing the title to one of the following;
Level 2 BIM Information Delivery Cycle Overview
Level 2 BIM Process Overview
Level 2 BIM Overview
You are absolutely right. This article is really a summary of PAS 1192-2 and 3. It has been put here as a place holder while we work on a more detailed BIM project plan that will take people step-by-step through running a project that uses BIM to manage information. When the project plan is complete, the outline will replace this article and it will move to a page with one of the titles you suggest.
In the meantime we have put a message at the top of the article saying that it is under development.
I hope this makes sense. Thanks for making the suggestion, and if you have any other thoughts or comments, or ideas for articles, then please do let us know.
