About InglebyTrice

Ingleby Trice is an independent, established and experienced property consultant practice advising on all aspects of the central London office market through a partner-led, personal service.
We focus on offices in the City of London, Midtown and their immediate fringes. We manage the property assets and liabilities of investors, developers and occupiers, in order to execute transactions that maximise returns and occupational efficiency in a competitive global environment.
Our intimate knowledge of the City office market is underpinned by research, encapsulated in our monthly City Floorspace Survey, now the longest-running office survey in central London.
