I am a member of CSI – Construction Specification Institute and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Furthermore, I am having MSc degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM, UK).
I am having 17 years of experience working in Construction Specification Writing and Quantity Surveying, mainly working on Civil and Architectural projects within the Construction industry. My duties included Specification writing, Tendering, Procurement of contractors, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, & agreeing on final accounts.
