The new Zhuhai Convention and Exhibition Complex is a key element of the development of the wider Shizimen Business District in Zhuhai. It consists of a business and exhibition cluster of 550,000 sq.m. in the northern part of the district, that comprises an international convention centre, exhibition centre, Class A office building, two 5-star hotels, business apartments and supporting facilities split into two sites and to built in two phases.
The design concept for the convention centre is driven by the “city of romance” moniker for the city, and the connection of the site to the water. Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is a 550-bed replacement hospital on a 3.5-hectare urban site in northern Singapore. [http://www.rmjm.com RMJM]'s design recreates the charm and naturalistic ambiance of the pre-war hospital while enhancing staff efficiency in a patient-centered care environment.
Construction was completed in early 2007 on this new university library project won by [http://www.rmjm.com RMJM] as part of a limited entry competition. The scheme is a new ‘gateway icon’ for the campus shared by the graduate schools of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Nankai University.

Taking into account the design concept of ‘unity and modernity’, the long, undulating form of the design echoes the gentle form of the surrounding hills whilst the contemporary materials reflect the erudite language of education and knowledge.

[[File:1472654787859University Town Library Shenzhen 10a.jpg]]

Under its wavy roof, the building integrates the requirements of the administration centre and the library elements needed by the four universities. It also acts as a public library for the local area.

The building is at the interface of the universities’ campuses and while the entrance plaza, bridge and roof garden provide a series of important public spaces for the entire campus, the structure itself will become a cutting edge landmark building.
Becton Dickinson selected [http://www.rmjm.com RMJM] Hillier for the design of their new 38,000-square- foot Campus Center. Located on Becton Dickinson’s corporate headquarters campus, the new building houses the cafeteria, café, company store and other retail amenities.
The significance of the first buildings’ location almost 20 years ago is still evident in the relationship between the structures and the land. The “great lawn” spreads out between the buildings, embraced by the woodlands below. The new dining facility required an even greater sensitivity to the land because of the existing structures on either side. It is truly seen from all angles, even above. The design is informed by its siting; shaped as a building with no back. It has the opportunity to open to views of the remaining lawn and woodlands.

[[File:1503394699390RMJM BNU 38.jpg]]

RMJM were appointed by Buckinghamshire New University (BNU) in 2006 to lead a design team to progress the consolidation of their existing campuses to the Queen Alexandra Road campus in High Wycombe.

Phase 1 of this project represents a new landmark building to accommodate a learning resource centre, a multi-purpose hall, computing teaching space, specialist space for music, drama, dance and multimedia, gymnasiums, a lecture hall, a main reception, supporting administration, social and recreational space on a constrained and sensitive urban site. The vision was to create a sustainable and contemporary building that provides facilities for the whole student body and which contrasts with the existing campus architecture to establish a new and distinctive identity for the University.

[[File:Gateway2.jpg]]

The exciting mix of uses reinforces the public nature of the campus and, when combined with the 24/7 access, creates a memorable and appropriate ‘gateway’ building for BNU and High Wycombe consequently raising the expectations and experiences of students, staff and public alike.

The project was tendered through a two-stage design and build procurement route with RMJM novated to lead the selected contractor’s design team. The building was opened to students in September 2009.
