= ISO 41001 for Facility Management =

International Facility Management System (FMS) Standard, ISO 41001 for Management System was published in April 2018. ISO This is the standard of the first facility system published by ISO for standardization.

Prior to the release of the [https://www.evbex.com/iso-41001-facility-management-system-simplified/ ISO 41001] [https://www.evbex.com/facility-management-consulting/ Facility Management System], a suite of supporting documents was published between April and July 2017:
* ISO 41012: 2017 Facility Management - Strategic Sourcing and Contract Development Directions
* ISO / TR41013: 2017 Facility Management Opportunities- Key Concepts and Advantages cep
The field of facility management has evolved from a source-based task oriented service to a basic support service that empowers businesses. These include the growing demand for a variety of portfolios, the advancement of multiple sites, the optimization of space occupancy in various other administrative activities by larger-scattered parties in the workplace. The role, responsibilities and engagement of the facilities management industry have become more complex and important.

* Improves safety, health, well-being and manpower productivity
* Improved efficiency and effectiveness, thus improving organizational cost benefits
* Increased communication of FM methods and requirements between and between public and private sector entities
* Improved continuity of the level of service provided
* Providing a common platform for all types of organizations
* Reception of professional organizations

The publication of the Facilities Management System standard has been acclaimed throughout the FM industry.

“The ability to speak the same professional language around the world is the foundation of a better and stronger global community to meet the challenges of the future” (Evbex Facilities Management System (Evbex), 2017)

= Certificate of [[Facility_Management_-_Evbex|ISO 41001]] Facility Management =
The value will help the company try to outsource FM. This will give service providers an assurance about their methods and processes for those who are able to comply with the standards.

As such, [[Facility_Management_-_Evbex|facility management companies]] that accept quality certification can assure customers and potential customers that by operating the practice standard to the best of its ability, it will enhance their market efficiency and compete with non-certified Faclities Management Companies.
