The internet of things concept has the potential to impact all parts of the building value chain but it's in danger of being seen as a technology solution and therefore not relevant to non-technologists.<br /> <br /> Work needs to be done in raising awareness among all the different participants in the building/property ecosystem by designing educational tools which match the needs of the different players.<br /> <br /> This site is a start but a knowledge base is not the same as knowledge.</div>
