Payments with regards to Prime Cost sum are to be made based on the quotations/invoices of the supplied items by the contractor plus additional of a reasonal/agreed percentages for overhead costs and profits.If the Contractors invoice cost are higher than the BoQ provision, then the client will balance it up and if the invoice price + all necessary additions to the contractor is lower, then the contract sum will be less the balance.
