Wood is one of the oldest, natural building materials in the world and has been used for centuries to create spiritual settings such as churches, mosques, temples, synagogues, jinjas and much more.

Design requirements vary for each of these spiritual spaces, often defined by each religion’s rituals. The use of wood in spiritual places spans thousands of years.
