−	I'm a Director and divisional leader for award winning recruitment company, Fluid Recruitment Ltd. I am part of the team that successfully reached the final of Recruitment Entrepreneur of the Year, and won The Talk of Manchester Awards Best Recruitment Company. I'm an ambitious individual who strives for the best results, which shows with my appointment as Shareholding Director at the age of 27.<br/>I also volunteer for the CIBSE NW & YEN NW Committee, helping them promote technical and social events via Social Media & Marketing<br/>I set up from scratch and continue to lead Fluid's Engineering division in 2013, which has grown steadily to work with some of the UK's top ranked Engineering Consultancies<br/>Common roles include Mechanical Design Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, BREEAM Assessor, Revit/AutoCAD Technicians, Thermal Modelling, Lighting Design Engineer, BIM Co-ordinator, Structural Engineer, Geo-Technical Engineers, Civil Engineers (Bridges, Roads & Drainage), Project Managers and many more<br/>In addition to my recruitment career, I was a undertaking a BEng Engineering Design through the OU, but had to defer the course for the time being due to work commitments.
