−	~~I joined a leading international consultancy practice called Davis Langdon & Everest~~ in ~~their London office in 1995, having worked in the Oil~~ and ~~Gas industry for 4 years prior in Aberdeen. I became professionally qualified in 1997~~, ~~transferred to Edinburgh in 2000 and became a Partner in 2002. I graduated with an MBA from The University of Edinburgh in 2004. I returned to London in 2005 taking on~~ the ~~client management role for a leading retail operator~~, ~~the John Lewis Partnership. In 2007~~, ~~I took up the opportunity to start a new office~~ in ~~Abu Dhabi, UAE, where I built a strong team delivering significant projects across a number of sectors whilst developing strong relationships with leading Clients and Developers. For~~ the ~~last 18 months~~ of my time with Davis Langdon (post-AECOM acquisition), I formulated and implemented a strategy to capture, coordinate and leverage DL's Business Intelligence and Thought Leadership globally, across 5 Continents.	+	Erland has been based in three locations over two continents and has travelled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and America in the delivery of professional technical services.
