Its principles and policies are intended to transform how public works projects and programmes are assessed, procured and managed. It is a ‘compact’ between government and industry, setting out how they will work together in future.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It suggests that the ‘transactional’ delivery model approach is a: ‘Traditional approach in which the industry is engaged to provide a standard service, with competition at procurement.’ ie “I know my requirement, who can best deliver it?”&lt;br /&gt;
