		+	Victorian house with new extension to the rear, builder used D&D with wet floor heating which becomes almost useless when cold air ruches from the skirting boards, sockets and makes the internal plasterered walls as cold as the outside walls!<br />

		+	Next time we ever have a build it'll be wet plastering all the way. Our current setup has me chasing my tail trying to plug gaps and foam fill where i can to minimise the thermal bypass.
