Most Strategic Routes, which include Motorways and Trunk Roads are managed and maintained by Highways England, Transport for London, the South Wales Trunk Road Agent (SWTRA) and the North &amp;amp;amp; Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA). Some Strategic Routes, more likely to be termed Primary Route Network are managed and maintained by Local Highway Authorities.’&lt;br /&gt;
