This may be financially or through the provision of products or services.’&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It defines sponsoring group as: ‘The driving force behind a programme, which provides the investment decision and top-level endorsement for the rationale and objectives of the programme.’&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And a sponsorship framework as: ‘The framework document sets out the broad parameters within which organisations will operate but does not convey any legal powers or responsibilities.’&lt;br /&gt;
